• Maintain a minimum monthly Loyalty Program order of 50 LP to earn Product Credits and advance percentage levels. • Change your Loyalty Program order up to the day before your monthly ship date. • Loyalty Program orders must ship to earn Product Credits and advance percentage levels. • If your Loyalty Program order does not ship or is returned for two consecutive months, you lose existing Product Credits. Additionally, you will need to re-enroll in the 4Life® Loyalty Program. • A limit of 100 LP in Product Credits can be earned each month. • New distributors and customers who enroll in the Loyalty Program may begin to redeem Product Credits 60 days after their first 4Life product order ships. • Existing distributors and customers may begin to redeem Product Credits 60 days after their first Loyalty Program order ships. • Product Credits are earned only on Loyalty Program orders and on first orders by new distributors and customers of 250 LP or more. • Product Credits have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable. • Product Credits can only be redeemed for single-unit LP products. • Product Credits can be redeemed by calling 1877–903–6187 or by logging into your4life.com Account. • Product Credits must be redeemed within 12 months of being earned. • Reward product redemptions are only shipped with your next Loyalty Program order. • Reward product redemptions cannot be returned or exchanged. • Animal Health by 4Life® products are excluded from product redemption.
