OMG. I hate this gamestop. the employees are rude. The treat every customer like a waste of their time. The Manager had no idea what the store policies were. I had to explain them to him from the back of their own receipt. Stay far away from this particular gamestop. Go to the one in the Schuylkill mall instead. They are much friendlier and know how to treat a customer with respect. If anybody from gamestop reads this please please please fire everybody who works there and hire some people with brains. You cannot continue business like this.
