      Willows Way, based in St. Charles, Mo., provides personal care services for elderly citizens in the community and short-term respite care for individuals with developmental disabilities. The organization s At Your Service program assists individuals with developmental disabilities in starting and maintaining small businesses centered on their talents, interests and marketability in their community. The AYS program provides support services in researching business opportunities and interests, establishing a business plan, accessing start-up funds, meeting all state and federal licensing requirements and business maintenance. The organization additionally provides skill training, physical assistance, medical oversight and employment support for individuals needing 24-hour support. Willows Way is accredited by The Council on Quality and Leadership.
