I have only eaten here once but intend to do so again in the near future. The food and the service was excellant. Food was very good, just like my mom used to make!

The service was terrible. I waited for 90 minutes (Yes, I pulled out my phone and timed them after about an hour) and didn't receive my order. The waitress assured us after 50 minutes that our order was "coming right up in two minutes". When the waitress started ignoring us after the 60 minute mark, I became annoyed, Later, I got her attention and asked about my meal. She said our ticket was lost and that the kitchen was just starting our order again. We refused and stood up to leave. She, once again, assured us that our order was "coming right up". Once again, we refused and simply paid for our drinks. When we paid, she asked if we wanted the full change or if we were leaving a tip. Worst service I have EVER received. I am never returning there, nor do I encourage anyone else to go.
