Consumer beware this is a fleece job from start to finish. Requested service for zone 4 the two men did the entire system , not what was requested . They found a problem with zone 4 and left without repair to get their boss to do an estimate . This began on Tuesday the bill for over $350 came in the mail on Thurday and the boss still in those two days given an estimate fos the repair ... What I got for my $350 dollars was a couple of sprinkle heads changed and adjusted. The owner then decided to call me with the two stooges and proceed to tell me argumentatively that I gave them permission . Then the owner came to my house and puff his chest out and ask for a check after two days and the problem isn't fixed . I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filling out the necessary paperwork . Ladies this business is the shame and they will fleece you.

I just called this business around 430 pm. I use the video relay service to make or receive calls. Right after someone answered, he blurted that he is shopping and has no paper to write on and was rather rude. I informed him that he just lost my business. You would think that companies that appears to be highly rated (BBB A+ and Angie's List) would be more professional but I guess they were not this time.
