They were very helpful, they took time to explain features, asking questions about our needs before, during and after purchase. I wouldn't buy from anyone else, their service was outstanding. We bought a Harman and we love it. Easy to set up, clean and maintain. We've had it all this past winter, it heats the whole house, saved us lots of money in heating cost. Outstanding guys that know a lot, so we are very happy and trust them. We are getting another for my parents home, because they are elderly and the HARMAN is easy to maintain. Thanks guy! I have dealt with The Kernel Burner throughout the last several years and never been disappointed by their kind and friendly nature and service. The are very informative and take time with you to make sure you have all the help and information that you need. Buying a pellet stove was one of the best decisions that I made and helped me save lots of money. Only problem is I wish I would of done it sooner. Thank you Kernel Burner!

o stars. purchased a pellet stove form them didnt like it, returned it had to pay 390.00 for restocking fee , i thought that was high, not recomending to anyone . not very professional. i wonder about there service?
