I have been a customer of Car Czar (El Camino location) for over 5 years. They have always been courteous and professional, and they have kept my vehicle in good running order. After the latest repair (fuel pump), I noticed a deep scratch on the paint that had not been there before. Kevin, the manager, offered to send my van to a detail shop at his expense and pay for a rental car. Doug, the owner, was there and tried some colorized wax treatment. In the end, they agreed to fix a broken power window at no labor cost to me. My vehicle is 8 years old but in good shape, and it's a heartbreaker to find a ding like that. But they bent over backward over this, and I am well satisfied by their good-faith efforts. Car Czar is more than OK in my book, and they will have my business in the future.

I went to Car Czar on the corner of San Juan and Greenback and I felt like I was dealing with children! While talking to the man who "serviced" my vehicle it was very obvious he either hadnt looked at my car at all, or was sleepwalking through the job. He insisted that he was the one that took care of the car, walked me to it, opened the hood and everything. So I cant imagine he was confused, on that part at least. I was charged nearly 1k to have all fluids changed and a full inspection on a used vehicle I just purchased. Point being? He couldnt have performed the service I paid for to the quality one would expect if he can only vaugly find the oil filter he supposidly "changed." I personally will not be back to this location, and I have a hard time imagining that this is their store to store policy on customer relations.
