I know they are good quality b...

I know they are good quality but the last time I went was probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I took my boyfriends scion tc there to tint his windows for his birthday. I made an appointment a week ahead of time dropped the car off at 8:30 am and it wasn't done until 5:30 pm. Owners excuse was that he had 8 dealer cars to do before the tc. I felt completely undervalued as a customer. To add on to that when we got the car back the trim was not put back on the car. We went back in the shop and the owner asked for us to come back in the morning because all his workers had gone home. To top it all off the next day my boyfriend put the trim back on and some of the tabs on the panels were broken off so the trim wouldn't snap back into place. I called the shop to complain after all of this and the owner was extremely rude to me. He basically said it was my fault that the job wasn't finished because I didn't pick up the car on time when I had called twice to check on it and he said he would call me when it was done and he never did. He said the trim was already broken and it wasn't. I DO NOT recommend coming here for tinting.

Very Bad Customer Service

I was treated with disrespect as a woman. The owner told me to get my buns back to his shop to see the chipped window and then hung up on me. I had been at his shop less then 20 minutes before I called him back to talk to him about my chipped window. . (Had I been rude or cursing at this owner he would have had every right to talk to me and hang up on me.) When I got back over there the place was closed so I didn’t want to enter it with him alone. In the end the window got fixed by the company but not with out him telling me that they would be out to my place of work to fix the window on a Monday and they never arrived until Wednesday late afternoon.

First of all we did not chip her window. My shop uses a computer cut pattern for our installs. WE only use rubber and plastic squeeges to apply the window tint. The chip was on the top of her glass. But we replaced it any way.First I needed to order the glass,tint the glass, and I had a mobile glass company go to here work the install the new free windows we did not damage. The glass shop said they would take care of her install. We had NO way of knowing the shop told her what day they where to do her job, At the end she got a new glass. She did not Say how her Windowtint job looked like! I've been a member of the BBB for over 22 years. Some people are never going to be happy!
