{only reason they get one star is because i can't review and give them no stars, they don't even deserve one star} THEY ARE TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM!!! They did not communicate well with Sears at all about our oven installation and lied about saying they called when they did not. It has taken a week to organize this installation. They set up appointments for when the oven wasn't even delivered yet, then showed when a appointment was cancelled because they ovens still weren't delivered yet, After that, they told us that we were on the schedule for a specific day, then forgot to schedule us for that day, told us they would put us on for the next day. Didn't show and after several calls then told us that they spoke to someone who said that it was already installed. There were not any phone calls at all from them that day! Installer lied about calling and then refused to answer when his supervisoir was calling telling him that he had to go to our home for the installation. They are liars and who knows how that actually are at any work since they don't even show.
