i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI lived in a mutual Housing project the company clearly not good. They recently made themselves a management company and the properties are gone down hill. The prior management company was better, things got done faster. I recently moved out of one of there properties and it took 40 days to get my deposit back with the law states 21 days. Talk to a black man who said he was the boss and he assured me I would get my refund the following week NEGATIVE!!!!!!! I should have sued them but i heard they are a small company who say they help the median families but they don't help. The resident organizer is sleeping with a tenant, the maint is always in the shop resting the manager has no idea what she is doing or saying. They are no different then alot of these low life take our money management companies. Beware of anything Mutual Housing don't let there mission statement fool you!!!!!!!!!You been warned!!!!!!
