Marian was fantastic! She knows what she’s doing, is patient with indecisive customers, and fast. I had a very pleasant experience and this is our second time back and we’ve bought over $5000 worth of furniture.

The service I’ve received from the store, and specifically from one of the best salespeople I’ve ever had, Jeff Cable, has been exceptional. Jeff even kept us posted during the crazy peak of the COVID period. He’s excellent. And the products — I now have La-Z-Boy products in every room except the bedrooms! — are incredible.

Kay did an excellent job helping us choose a lift chair for my husband. She was knowledgeable and friendly.

I love this Laz Boy furniture store. The staff is so great. I always see the same sales person and she knows my style and what fits in my home. She designed my entire living room. I appreciate the personal attention I received from this store. They also listen to what you are looking for and your personal style. I was looking at one item and I was told that piece was for a casual setting. My room was not a casual vibe so I found a more fitting piece.

Stopped by La-Z-Boy to check out a recliner. The salesperson Kat (aka Laura Comstock) was so friendly and helpful. She put up with me being unable to decide on color and material. In the end I purchased a beautiful recliner from a pretty awesome salesperson. Highly recommend La-Z-Boy location off Watt and Butano and ask for Kat she'll take great care of you. Dog and blanket not included.

Laura was so helpful and knowledgeable when we told her we were looking for two recliners. She helped with style, color and model. Could not have asked for a better buying experience.

I felt that Laura cared about my satisfaction and comfort. We tried several different chairs and styles. She was knowledge and considerate.

We had an emergency and needed a recliner ASAP. I went to LazBoy at 2:30pm today, bought a chair that offered more than our expectations and will have it delivered tomorrow. You cannot beat that kind of service. Mary 1 greeted me and Mary 2 closed the deal. I am a very happy customer.

I have been buying several chairs over the years. Had knee replacement and find I need lift recliner. Went to store and Bret helped me pick out the right recliner. His service was super. You will find the right piece of furniture you are looking for at the Watt store.

They have a nice collection of affordable and comfortable furniture. We purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat for the family room a few years ago and it is holding up well. They also offer design services and have a good selection of occasional tables and shelving.

Poor quality and service!

"I purchased this recliner and it was defective as the seat had a slight slope to the right. This came to my attention approximately 40 days after I purchased it so it was not returnable. Because it was defected, the service manager said that they would repair it. In order to do so he would have to order the parts which would take 2 to 3 weeks. Into the third week I called to ask about the progress and was then told it could take as long as 6 weeks. Please note that I took the chair in for repairs due to a defect so as not to be charged a $70 service fee.

Does this sound like this was a positive experience. No it was not! I will never purchase another Ls Z Boy again. If you do, do not pay in cash as you will be at their mercy.

With service and products like this, this company will not last long, I would give them 2 years max."
