I have been taking my Jetta there for oil changes since I bought it two years ago. I've needed a few repairs and have always gone to them. They are honest, dependable and sincere. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of just because I don't know a lot about cars. They explain everything before it's done and are quick to call if something else pops up. I'm another one of their customers for life.

Took the time to explain repairs and showed me the parts that were broken. Did not treat me like a "dumb woman" as most of the mechanics I have been to have. Will go back from now on.

I just moved to the area and have always taken care of my VW myself. My bug was having a major power/starting issue, and the first shop I took it to was big, shiny, loud, and most of all rude. I felt like I wasnt wanted in there or just didnt belong to the club. I called around a few other places and decided to go to Kombi Haus only because they could get me in soonest. Well, they have a customer for life now. I am glad my impatience took me into that shop. The mechanics are nice, and know their stuff. They were also reasonably priced and went into detail about the repair they were doing and some work they would recommend in the future. For the first time in my life I left trusting mechanic.

I was referred by a coworker who owns a Vanagon to go see Kombi Haus about my old beat-down bug. They kept her alive and actually increased her value. I sold her and bought a new Jetta, and they have continued to provide excellent, honest, dependable and affordable service. These guys actually care about the cars they work on and the customers that drive them!

I was referred to Kombi Haus while broken down on the side of the road in Oregon! I am from Northern California and had not yet established myself with a reputable auto mechanic. When I got back home, I asked around, and it seemed that everyone either highly recommended Kombi Haus or at least knew of them. Beyond their love for vw?s, and quality of work, I am constantly struck by the sincerity of the employees and owner. There are many times that I know at another shop I would have been ?taken? but they strive to be up-front and honest about everything. I feel comfortable asking them questions about my bus and I know they will help me whenever I need it.
