On 5/30 I ordered a Birthday bouquet for a next day delivery. I paid extra to upgrade the arrangement, I paid an extra $10 for early delivery. On 5/31 (the Birthday and the date for the delivery), I waited. At 1:00pm when the flowers were late I received a call, and had to authorize an alternate arrangement which I did, and asked them to hurry. No flowers were delivered. Later that day I received a lame e-mail stating that no flowers would/could be delivered. Two days later AT 6:30 AM, I received a call offering the same deal for half price. At 6:30am I was offered half price flowers, two days after the birthday, and the opportunity to only pay $5 for expedited delivery. What a great deal. They essentially ignored the issue, four days later I am still waiting for a refund from Kiyo's and Teleflora.

Zenlike floral arrangements makes this my favorite florist in the area. Each time I send these unique floral arrangements out, I always receive a special thanks from the recipient - and that makes a difference! If you want to send something more that a "big bowl of flowers" or that typical "spring like" arrangement that you can find in all the FTD flower books - you will be pleasantly surprised by the warm reception these arrangements will receive. Keep in mind that these arrangements express a spiritualness where "less is more" - so if it's that "big bowl of flowers" that you are seeking - this is NOT the place. Call early on those special days like Mother's day since Lisa - the owner/arranger - will only book and make what she can without compromising her quality and art. This is a special florist.
