I provide Alternative Dispute Resolution services, including arbitration, mediation and dispute prevention & conflict avoidance. Customized training programs in negotiation, mediation and arbitration are also available or you may attend our annual conflict resolution workshop at California State University, Sacramento.

We can meet at your convenience during non-traditional hours. We often travel to the parties, site locations and so on, only charging for reasonable costs for travel. Alternative dispute resolution is designed to serve the parties; the service is very adaptable to meet the needs of the people involved.

Daniel Yamshon is on the National Commerical and Construction Panels of the American Arbitration Association as an arbitrator and mediator. He is also on panels of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the National Futures Association and others. Daniel Yamshon is the International and National Sub-committee Chair of the California State Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and sits on the American Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section's Ethics Committee. He is a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Associated General Contractors of California.
