      On 11-24-14 I contacted Kevin's Electric in Saco, Maine (new location) and requested to speak with the owner Kevin regarding emergency service on generators. The female office person informed me that Kevin was at a job site. I then asked for his cell phone number to call him directly. This female office person would not provide me with Kevin's cell number, stating she believes Kevin was having cell phone trouble. I left a message for Kevin, the owner to call me. I did not receive a phone call by the end of the business day. On 11-25-14 I made another call to Kevin's Electric and again spoke with a female office person. I stated I had not received a phone call from Kevin, the owner, the previous day. I asked to speak again with Kevin. I was told Kevin was not in the office again, he was at a job site. I asked, if there was an emergency, how would they contact Kevin? In a tone she stated I'll see what I can do. No returned call as of 11-28-14. My opinion, very poor customer service.

      Just make sure you get a detailed quote, document all changes, and don't pay him in cash....his preferred method. On the other hand.....why not try someone else.Yep.. a not too happy customer
