They worked me in according to my schedule. It took them 15 min to diagnose the problem. Two days later they came back and install the part and I he vent had a problem since. This is the third time I've used them, on separate appliances of cours and I've never had a problem.

I've always found that they work hard to find you the best prices on parts, which I appreciate, especially these days.

I had a GE washer that had a motor go bad just outside the 1 yr warranty. The repairmen from Bill's and their office staff were great -- gave me advice to call GE (they could not call them on my behalf), gave me the numbers to call and I got my motor and repair at no charge. The repairmen were professional and friendly. The office staff were amazing in helping me get the help I needed from GE. They operate on business ethics at the highest level and I would recommend them for any appliance service you may need.
