Visited MedExpress in Runnemede for having a reaction to Amoxacillion that was prescribed by my dentist. IInitially I had a good experience I saw a doctor who confirmed my suspicion I was having an allergic reaction. The doctor explained that the rash should go away in a few days and then offered me a prescription to help if I needed it. I did not ask for the prescription since I was only expecting a few more days of the rash. A week went by and I still have the rash. I called MedExpress at 9 am and asked for a doctor to call in a script for me. The operator said a doctor would call me back in a little while. 3 hours later I called again and finally talked with a female doctor. She totally gave me the bothered ear and said "I got to get this over with there are patients waiting". Then after I explained the entire situation she basically hung up on me after telling me. DO NOT USE MX, in my opinion they only want your money and could care less about you after you leave their office.

I just have to say first that when I tried to go here and I couldn't walk on my one leg at all,they told me to leave that they didn't take my insurance. About a year ago my Dad went there and was told by an Asian doctor he had poison ivy on the side of his face. Well he then went to his family doctor three days later because it got worse. In fact he did not have poison ivy,he had Shingles. Way to go there Doc. What kind of doctors work there if they don't know poison ivy from Shingles. My Dad told him it didn't itch at all,that it was very painful. So if You would like to get MISDIAGNOSED, I highly suggest you go there. Doesn't everyone want to get treatment for an illness or ailment they don't even have? Lol sounds good to me......NOT!!!!!

Last night my fiancé and I went to MedExpress at walked in at 7:45 pm. We didn't know that they closed at 8 pm and we felt terrible walking in last minute! However, the entire staff and MD were extremely pleasant and helpful despite the fact that they had to stay a few minutes later to assist my fiancé. The service was excellent and we were extremely pleased with the professionalism exhibited by the staff and MD. I would definitely recommend utilizing their services! Thank you again!

The staff were all wonderful. However, Dr. Guillermo Infante was atrocious. I later looked at his ratings at his practice and it was 1 star. Well that would sum up my visit. I would probably go back if I knew he was not the physician on duty. Other than the incompetent so called doctor I was thoroughly pleased with my service.
