Dave did a great job for us. His equipment and expertise, highlighted the problems and vibrations in our machine. The vibrations were not coming from the fixture or the part, but from the spindle. This allowed us to make one cutter design change and minimual speed and feeds changes to correct the vibration and chatter in our machining process.

Dave's service allowed us to solve the problem quicker and less expensive, instead of may trial and error changes.
