Great environment and relaxing

i.e.,Glamour Nails And Spa is nice and clean. The owner and her staff are very friendly, professional, and they all do a great job. I went for facials, microdermabrasion, foot massages, and foot detoxes. Haven't had a manicure or pedicure there yet, but plan on it real soon. All the ladies getting pedicures there look very relaxed and happy! Men like the pedicures too!!!!

AWESOME service! The owners were super nice! They didn't know me personally because this was my first time but I waited with a couple of regulars and they knew their names! I took my daughter and they were great with her! They gave her a pedicure and were the nicest I'd EVER seen a nail salon be to children. I will always come back to this salon.

Excellent service, clean environment, and super friendly and efficient staff. Having been to most of the nail salons in Rowlett (and being disappointed/disatisfied over time with each), I highly recommend Glamour Nails and Spa for consistant quality service!

I LOVE this place. Not only are they professional, the shop is clean and everyone seemed to enjoy each others companys. Lots of laughter - it is a fun nail salon! Cory and Elaine did a wonderful job. I really enjoyed my first visit and I will be going back!

I absolutely love Glamour Nails in Rowlett! Dillon and Elaine are two wonderful people who truly care about their customers. I have been going to Dylan before he owned this shop and he did a wonderful job. I was so disappointed when the old nail salon wouldnt tell me where he went, but I heard good things about Glamour and decided to try them out and when I walked in I was so excited to see him there! I have been happy ever since, I can literally go a whole month before getting my nails done and they are still beautiful just too long! I love this place, they keep a very clean shop and are all very friendly!

This salon definitely goes above and beyond. They give you their undivided attention and take their time. You really feel pampered and feel like you in a mini spa. Elaine does a wonderful job with facials. It was very relaxing...I reccommend this salon if you are needing to be pampered.

The review an May 09...was BEFORE the new owners took charge!!!! PLEASE know that the new owners go above and beyond for customer service! They are SO SWEET....and do great work!!!! Beautiful Eyelash extensions & Nails...even offer you a frozen drink! Give em' a try!I am a very satisfied customer!!!

Was a regular customer, but after today's experience on 5-28-09, I will not return. My regular guy, Mike, was great, but he quit. The person that did my nails today would not listen, did not shape my nails the way I asked or add the white on evenly, left them thick when I asked for thin. Tried to fix one nail that was totally crooked and made it worse. At check-out I find out the person who did my nails was very new. New is okay, but that means they don't have experience. I told the person at the check out that I was not happy, instead of trying to make things right she argued with me...only to find out she's the manager. Now I understand why Mike left...I would too!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. There's another nail place down the road in the Target shopping center by Rack Room shoes that is much better. They are a few dollars more, but you get what you pay for at Glamour Nails & Spa!!! Do not expect them to listen to you or fix their mistakes!!! It was hard to give 1 star rating.
