The owner (Mrs. Yaya) is very unprofessional. if you owe her money she screams at you in front of all the parents and embarrasses you.

My son went half day to daycare and thanksgiving week he was dropped off full days; Mon-Wednesday. That following Monday I paid my tuition and Mrs. Ines (very sweet girl) up front said that my account was paid in full and thanked me.

Mrs. Yaya then asked to speak to me a week later and I said of course. Past experience Mrs. Yaya had always been very nice. Anyways, she began to tell me how I owed her money for those days. I told her that was fine I was just unaware of it and Mrs. Ines never mentioned it to me. Then she hit her head and said it's common sense don't be acting......Excuse me? I told her she was very unprofessional for telling me in such way and I would pay her. As I walked out she screamed "pay me today or don't bring your kid back we've put up with enough of your child he isn't an easy kid to deal with and I have to pay the teacher specifically for him(in front of other parents)". My son is a 3 year old and possibly autistic which she was fully aware of. Who would approach a customer and speak of her child in such way? I immediately withdrew my son due to being very concerned the way she yelled at me and made very unprofessional remarks towards my (special needs) son.

One of the daycare teachers told me the best thing I could of done was taken my son out of Small World. She said they feed them spinach and beans for lunch with a side of fruit. That is so gross!

I hope this is helpful for someone with a special needs child. This is not the place for them.

And no money was not the issue. I'm an Accountant with a degree and my husband makes great money too.
