"Um....is there another choice nearby?" and the answer would be no. I have been there several times and have run into a few problems that never should have happened, like being over-charged. The girl who did my hair told me that a deep conditioning treatment cost $15, but then I ALSO had to pay $9 for a shampoo and styling. Duh. Shouldn't that be included? Comes to find out, yes. I had to call to speak with a supervisor, but even the girl who checked me out didn't know. How many others have gone through this and not done follow-up or complained to anyone? The last time I went all I wanted was a basic undercut. The student, who graduates in a month, had to get instructions on how to do it. An Undercut? Come on...isn't that pretty basic? It is also important to note that if the flat iron touches your hair for even an instant, you're charged $3 more. The whole experience just came across as being a bit unprofessional. I'll probably go back there though, only because there's not a decent choice near where I live.
