Absolutely horrible - STAY AWAY from these people. I had switched to this dentist as my dental insurance changed and the dentist I had been going to didn't accept it. When I went to this dentist they gave me a nice LONG list of everything that was "wrong". It was a ton of $$ they wanted me to spend. Silly me, I believed them but I also wondered why my other dentist had never mentioned anything as I go every 6 months. So I had a few things done in April. Then I switched dentists again as I just felt something was off with them. Well long and behold the new dentist confirmed there was NOTHING wrong with my teeth and he had no idea why this place made such a long list of things to fix. So this place fabricated a list of items to fix to get $$. On top of it, I had paid a few thousand dollars back in April for the things I did get done. Then out of the blue SEVEN months later (it is now November), I get a bill from them. I was like WHAT??? I called and they gave me a list of excuses (i.e. software problems, staff was out, etc.) and explained to me that they were giving me an interest free loan for 7 months and I should be grateful. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Of course there is nothing I can do about this and I have to pay it immediately otherwise they will ding my credit even though they took SEVEN months to bill me some mysterious left over balance. Stay away - they will fabricate things to work on that you of course can't argue with unless if you get a second opinion (which then will probably not be covered by dental insurance as you only get two check ups a year covered) and then they will be gracious enough to let you think you paid off your balance and then bill you much much later and let you know you should be grateful.

My daughters absolutely LOVED Dr Hooty and the staff. Now my little one wants to be Dentist when she grows up. :) We will definitely be life long patients!

First off I've spent anywhere from 3000 to 4000 of my money and this one time I wasn't able to make a payment they charged me which of course was a unauthorized transaction an no way authorized by myself. which put me in a situation, that money was my rent money!!!! now I have to scramble a way to pay my rent����. All I know is, is that they will debit your account if they don't get there money even though it's not authorized, they just lost a valued customer

Dr. Shane Mills is the best family doctor I have encountered yet. He is professional, efficient, yet takes the time to actively listen to his patients, and always has a smile on his face. He clearly enjoys what he does. I recommend him to anyone. Kudos to this doctor for a job well-done.
