Well first off i like the concept however i believe they put a lil too much concern on looks then experience theres a reason why you usually get a sweathog greaseball workn on ur car because they are no afraid to break a finger instead of your car and they have experience this was like a high school auto shop but they are not changing my head just the oil in it. As for oil change perfect but they recommended using a oil thickener as a mechanic i can tell u these products are only for car in desperate seal distress to make it one trip to change the seal never buy an stop leak oil product of any kind unless u r simply driving the car to change the seal. After the recommmendation i said this car has 150k miles on it and u said theres a very small leak perhaps its time to upgrade to 10w30 from the factory 5w20ford. Since they had already filled the car with 5w20 without asking my pref on oils im sure they quickly disregarded my comment saying there was only evidence of a tiny leak pethaps a past problem rather than argue about why this product was recommended to me i just allowed them to continue at the end of the service i was shown my dipstick perfect. But they did a trans service and when i asked for the tranny stick they told me to test drive it and come back i did but after he checked the level a 2nd time he shut my hood and asked my daughter if she wanted a juice ....sooo i drove another 5 miles a lil hard on my ride for a good sealed test pulled over n checkd my sticks oil good trans looks excatly the same as it did 5 minutes before i came in this means one of 2 things eithet was never done or was not givin the proper time to drain and the combined fluid in the torque converter was more than the 30 percent or so of my old fluid drained for over 100 bucks for some tranny fluid i could have had an ase mechanic remove my pan and gasket and drain it properely i realize convienance costs money but only when its accually convienant now i will have to drain it again at home eithet with a siphon pump and add to the soup of mixed fluids i have in my tranny or spend the whole day dropping the pan and doing it right....bummer

Very friendly service and these guys are pretty quick. I have never been pressured to purchase more than what I came for. Not only do they offer the driver a complimentary beverage, they make sure to offer the kids one too! Also, if you forget the coupon they mail to you twice per year, they will still honor it and apply it to your total. I definitely recommend this place!

Oh my goodness, this place is incredible! You are in & out with an oil change so fast, even if there is a line the longest I have waited was 15 minutes.

The techs are very courteous. They use Chevron oil for your oil change,they also do extra services, an your in an out in no time at all.

Polite, quick, and very thorough job. It would be wise for any company to open an account to keep there fleet running smooth and not cut into there companies production time.

Expensive oil change...but you can stay in your car. They offered bottled water and juice boxes for the kids. Pumped in a/c in the summer. In short, it made a tedious task a little more bearable.
