We LOVE safe credit union! We've been here for years, and have had only exceptional service. They've made banking easy, I could never go back to an ordinary bank again.

Convenient location in the Safeway parking lot. Staff is always knowledgeable and helpful with new accounts. Clean and usually no wait.

It is a great bank. The tellers are friendly. My last experience there wasn't the best (very, very slow teller who was very, very confused). However, I have banked there for 10+ years and other than this last time, it has always been great.

Everyone is very nice and most of the tellers are efficient and quick. They offer great services, the loan rates are low, and interest rates on investments are great, too.

Staff is always friendly and polite. Usually, in and out very quickly with normal transactions but can sometimes see a wait time if opening new accounts or needing a special transaction.

We switch to Safe from Union bank because of the service. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and willing to help you whatever you needs are. The best part is feeling so welcome when you come in and are greeted with a smile and if you go in often enough they greet you by name! LOVE the service!

I've been with Safe since 1997 and most transactions have gone well. I appreciate their fraud reporting so much. They have caught many "fraudulent" charges before I even realized it. I've tried another bank, but couldn't believe the charges. SAFE is awesome.

Our family have been members of this branch for about 8 years now and are consistently thankful that we made the switch from our big bank. Along the way, the staff has gone above and beyond to help us set up charity accounts, as well as our kids' accounts. They even guided our college age son as he looked to establish his own credit.
