I first talked with Abc Computer Repair on a Friday. Explained my problem over the phone, and they were sure they knew what the problem was. Then on Monday I brought my monitor in for them to examine, and sure enough the problem was exactly what they told me over the phone. They explained everything to me that I needed to know. I strongly suggest that if you have a computer problem, bring it to Abc Computer Repair.

We took our computer in to be fixed and once they had it we could not get it back without paying $50 yet they could not fix it either. they kept telling us the part was coming but would not give us any tracking info or a date. The day I told them I was calling the AG they miracuously got the part in and fixed it that day. I paid cash because after all the stories they told me I wouldnt
't trust them with my credit card.

The service at ABC Computer Repair was very fast, friendly and high quality. They did a great job replacing my hard drive and imaging the stuff from the old hard drive. They are obviously very knowledgable. I would definitely use them again.

Things were a little busy here but It could quite easily have been that since it was after work on a Friday everybody was stopping to pick up their computer but there was a bit of a line. No longer than the one at Best Buy though, where I went before ABC. I had to take my computer in and I was also heading out to get some cables for my TV so I figured I would use Geek Squad in Apple Valley. After they took a look at it they said that they could not fix the problem and that my HardDrive need to be wiped clean. My Sound wasn't working, it was running slow and my internet kept going to different places then I wanted it to. They said I had a really bad virus that required a re-install. I brought in my disks as they had asked and after dropping them off, an hour later I got a phone call from Best Buy asking me to drop off my discs, I explained that I did and they apologized and said they would find them, I got another call the next day saying they needed my discs so at that point I asked if they had worked on it yet, they said no because they were waiting for the discs and I again explained that I had already dropped them off and that I was coming to pick up my computer and they better have my discs ready. Of Course They had the PC ready but no discs. They promised to find them so after leaving I stopped by ABC Computer Repair. The young lady at the front was great and said she would do a free diagnostic for me to see what was going on and then if I got my CD's back to call her in case she needed them. She called me about 3 hours later and explained to me the source of each one of my problems. She did say though, that doing a re-install and backing up my data and upgrading my Windows would be smart but that she could fix it without doing so. I demanded Best Buy to find my CD's. (Gave me New Ones) and did a Re-Install and everything worked GREAT. It was about 1/2 the cost of Geek Squad and Andy & Tricia, owners, were GREAT! Would definitely recommend.
