*** DON'T YOU EVER EVER COME BY THIS STORE PLEASE !!!! ***



Changed engine oil over a month ago....ok....that's not an issue. 3 weeks after the oil change, my car battery ran out....so...I called AAA for the battery service. The AAA guy said...my battery was low after testing. So I decided to get a new battery for free cuz they have 3 yr warranty program. (My AAA battery was only 2 year old battery......good enough for free replacement)



At the end, the AAA guy said, you cannot get the new one for free bcuz your battery is not AAA battery.....OMG! What? I have never changed my AAA battery ever since I last purchased it two years ago.......done nothing to my battery so far.....how come?



For heaven's sake, the battery in my car now was obviously a second handed battery when I took a look at it.........It was switched by someone else..... THIS PLACE IS THE ONLY PLACE I CAN SUSPECT for the junk battery........



When I picked up my car, the mechanic guy wearing glasses w/ half bold head suggested me to change the battery saying the battery is low....... Hmmm.......yes he knew....something happened to my battery.....haha....... NO NO NO HELL NO WAY....my AAA battery is less than two years old.........When I last did smoke check at another place this year, they said my battery is ok to use....... no need to replace it.......



WHOEVER reads this story.....PLEASE....DON'T even think of stopping by this horrible store. That mechanic guy is a horribly dishonest guy.....I have never seen any auto machanic like him in my life so far........



** P.S: The sick mechanic's name is either "Anthony Robles" or "Angel Hernandez". He also works as a manager or an assistant manager of the store.

I have gone there in the past and have had excellent, friendly, trustworthy,service, however last week I went and the one technician was on the phone in the garage he ignored me kept on talking, no one else was available or came to help me. I stood there, just looked at him,he just ignored me and kept talking on the phone. I took off, I will never go back there again. The least he could have done was excused himself for a moment and tell me he would be right with me, I would have understood. What happened to good customer service?
