Even with an appointment at 7:15 Am the attendant kept putting everyone ahead of me who was there earlier without an appointment. Horrible customer service. After well over am hour waiting I decided to leave.

Don't go here. First time, last year I had long wait and then terrible bruising at the injection site. Tried it once more this year because the location is convenient; made an appointment on online. No one to check in with, just sign in. After 45 mins waiting and people who came in after me being called I finally asked the receptionist (?) who occasionally appeared how much longer to wait. She told me I did not write my appointment time on the sign in sheet. When I pointed out that no one was there to check appointments or check sign in or give instructions, she said they did not give give instructions, we were " supposed to read" then without even looking said she did not "have me" on her appointment list. I was already running late for work so left. Later I checked online and II did have an appointment. The rude and obnoxious attitude (on top of my previous bad experience) is more than enough to deter my from ever using Quest again. Shame on you. Terrible service.
