I went to Cinde's for the first time 7/31/14 because of a Groupon. I was satisfied with the hair places I had been to, but after losing 3 hair dressers, I was looking for "my place" so-to-speak. I walked in and was instantly greeted with smiling faces from the ladies behind the counter - and they were standing! No chairs! This was refreshingly professional! - I was given a sleek first time client envelope with coupons, my stylist's card and their services books/menu. This was the first time I had ever received something like this and it made my day! It showed that they really cared I was there. Since I was a little early, I spent a few minutes looking at their neat displays of product and accessories. Now, I know they have accessories, but there are not too many and they are all for hair! No cheap, gaudy things that show they are desperate for sales; only high-end, yet reasonably priced products. Also, something I found extremely refreshing was that all of their shelves were CLEAN! NO dust or dirt! In fact, the stations and the entire salon was super clean! I know I'm focusing on the small details, but honestly the details do make a difference.

I had my mini consultation with my hairdresser, Lisa. She was extremely upbeat and friendly. She asked me about myself while she washed and deep conditioned my hair. It honestly felt like a head massage lol It was so nice! After, she asked me what I wanted for my cut and was happy to know that I was really open to any touches she wanted to give it. I wish she would have told me how many inches I was getting cut, it was quite a few (my choice), not a complaint, just would have been nice to know. Also, I had to question what she was putting in my hair, though her explanations were very well explained. I felt that she should have asked me how I style my hair/what products I use before cutting, but she asked at the end when she was straightening my hair. I was EXTREMELY happy with my cut! It's my first "short" cut that I have absolutely fallen in love with! With past hair cuts, it has taken me a while to adjust to them, but this one was instant joy!

One big thing to note: I was NOT treated like a "Groupon customer" which (if you've purchased Groupons in the past, you probably know what I am referring to) Instead, I was treated by the entire staff as a regular client. :)

Been going there for mani/pedis. They do such a great job. It is very clean and professional. Just recently got my hair cut at Cinde's and was very impressed with my stylist. She created the look I was after and recommended excellent styling products to keep my look up. I would recommend this place to anyone!

More than 10 years ago Linda Carlini promised me she could color my hair with the foil technique and I wouldn't be disappointed. She was so right. Linda has been my main pal in trying new "do's," but I wouldn't hesitate to share my head with any of the stylists at Cinde's.

I have been a customer at Cinde's for years and reccommend them every chance I get. Their service is excellent and the staff are will trained and friendly. Don't miss a chance to go there!

My husband and I have been going to this shop for 13 years. Everyone there is friendly, talented, and extremely accommodating, more like "family" than anything else. The shop decor is really nice, too. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Consistently good haircuts( I found them after a bad haircut) at a reasonable price. Been going to this salon for 1 1/2 years. Good job with hair color if you are specific about the look you want. I think their forte really is a haircut that will be easy to fix for weeks after the cut. I think they can handle all age groups not only teenage or young twenty somethings hair although there are those patrons too. Never have used their nail services. Friendly atmosphere. I go to GiGi.
