Last Thursday I try to get gas and they ran out of everything but the highest grade they continued to take people money and when you would go to pump the gas you would find out that there was none. When I went to refund my money the attendant act like he was not sure on how to do so...it took him a half an hour of calling someone on his cell (who never picked up) and repunching stuff into the cash register over and over again until he gave up and said that I would be refunded my 40 bucks to my credit card in 24 hours because I did not pump the gas once I hang it up I will be refunded. I even new this wasn't true but what could I do. I told the guy to write down his name and his mngr name. Here we are at Sunday and my money is still pending. I contacted the station and a man of foreign background answered. I asked his name and he refused, yes REFUSED to give it to me. I then asked for the mngrs name to try to confirm my info that I received prior and he ignored my question and continued to say I'm w a customer call mngr tomorrow. I said how can I call the mngr if you don't give me his name...after us going back and fourth he utters infrustration as if I'm bothering him for wanting my refund " SAM" ASK FOR SAM! Really, he was so rude and yet I wait another day. I'm so disgusted. Also the day it happened customers were yellinga the attendant for not putting up signs...he just continued to allow people to swipe their cards and be force to decide if they want to get the highest grade which was .60 cent more than the lower grade if you planned to get that or wait for a refund on your cc that will never come. I WILL NEVER USE SHELL AGAIN!
