      Unacceptable wait time in the waiting room. I arrived early and checked in, then waited well over an hour to be seen by the PA, not even the real Dr.

      At one point I checked in with the receptionist to be sure I wasn't forgotten and was assured just a few more minutes... It was 25 more minutes. I was never offered a reschedule, consolidation, apology, or updated on how much longer. Other people in waiting room commented "it's always bad here". My time is important and valuable too, I'm very busy and was diligent to arrive on time.

      Dr. Reicherter was a lifesaver...

      Dr. Reicherter was a lifesaver for my husband! I brought my husband to Mercy Emergency on Friday A.M. with a severe case of hives, that his regular physican could not clear up for the last six weeks; they took one look at him and sent us immediately over to Dr. Reicherter.My husband got in right away. The doctor diagnosed the problem, gave us the prescription, and a plan of action, and set up an appointment for the following Monday. On Monday, we were all pleased and relieved at how much the hives had cleared up. We very highly recommend Dr. Reicherter! :) :) :)
