I had a skinny little 6 month old girl cat come to my backyard sick and frail. I fed it and she got worse, Cant walk well now and has a blockage somewhere, she peed where she was lying. I asked if this place could help and I cant afford to keep and cant because I rent. They were uncaring and told me take it to N main. No compassion, I cant take it to n main in rockford. So looks like she will suffer and die agonizing death. All about the $$$ right? I wouldn't take my dog here I know that...

I couldn't decide on 2 or 3 stars. I am not very happy because I just took my cat there to get fixed, declawed in the front, shots and treated for ear mites. Every thing with him is fine. Two days later when I had to pick up my cat, my dog had an appointment conveniently, and he was getting up to date on shots and checked for worms. regular check up. she said everything with him is fine, but NOW on Monday, when I took him there on Saturday. He is acting like his ears are bothering him and ear mites are contagious. I think he has gotten them from my cat. I am waiting for a call back and I will be very upset if they tell me to bring him in to fix the problem after having spent 460 bucks!!

We received incredibly thoughtful care for our beloved Labrador retriever. The vets and the staff are top-notch professionals who all clearly love what they do for a living. The building is also very inviting, clean and professional. We won't go anywhere else.

This place is geared toward stealing your money. The veterinarians are uncaring and appear to be either uninterested or just plain unqualified. Look out for the up sell. They tell you a price on the phone and then after you arrive, some additional price will be added.

You will get excellent care at this clinic. I have 2 dogs and a cat, and all have received excellent care. Also, if your pet needs surgery, the follow up care is second to none. The Dr.'s and staff truly care about the well being of your pets. They answer any questions you have, and are very patient. I have friends and family who bring their pets here also, and they all have great things to say, too.
