Always loved it...........

Poor. This is supposed to be a family restaurant but please don't take your children as the owner has a problem with them!!!!

About a month ago, I had driven a couple and their children for an outing to the Amish country in Pennsylvania for the church that I attend. The party wanted to see how the Amish lived and take a ride on the horse and buggie. We had arrived around 10:30 or 11:00am. We drove back and forth and saw about two or three horse and carriages. Although due to the recent storm and time of year most of the places were closed we did get to see a few horse and buggies.

Noon time came and we are hungry so we decided to find a place for a bite to eat. We stopped a two places prior to Jennie's diner; one was closed, and the other was under rennovation. We hunted for a place that served good food and just happened across Jennie's diner. You can't go wrong with diner food! The seven of us entered in, sat down and the server cames over and asked us what would we like to drink and gaves us menus with a wonderful smile. We each gave our order to the server. I ordered the t-bone steak and the others ordered either the fish, or chicken, or shrimp. About 7 to 10 minutes later our orders were ready and the server brought them out and placed them in front of us and the food smelled good! I put some A1 steak sauce on my steak and cut a peice that just melted in my mouth. This was the most tender and juiciest steak that I have ever or even tasted. I couldn't believe how delicious this steak was. I definitly plan on taking the trip back to this diner sometime in the summer.

I love a good steak but this was GREAT!!!
