I am so glad I switched dentists after getting dental work done at Sachem Dental Group by Dr. Ha and Dr. Gentile. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I didn't feel like a random patient in their office; these dentists know how to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I have had a lot of bad experiences with root canals in the past, but the one I had at Sachem was actually painless.

This office gives you the runaround every time you go. Even though they have your insurance information you must provide it and fill out forms every time you go. The dentists just changed and you have to start all over because they can't read charts with prior information written on it. Then your insurance won't pay because it is a duplicate charge that isn't covered. Find another dentist.
