I don't know how they are in service... only contracted appliance provider with Lowes is all I can think... GE Geospring water heater issues... Lowes service advantage only contracted repairman in the area1st issue, water heater quit working. Lowes scheduled a service call for the next day... they didn't even show up. NO CALL NO SHOW... When I called them late in the day they said they never received the work order, then the secretary looked it up and guess what, there it was. She stated they couldn't get out for a week to even look at it . Had to go thru Bradford White to get service... 2nd issue, heat pump fan not working. over 2 months and still no resolution to my issue... Secretary kept saying owner working on it and when I get parts to call and they'll come out and fix it... NOBODY EVER CAME OUT TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM SO WHAT PARTS WERE ORDERED????..... Asked for the owner to call me on at least 5 occasions and he never returned my calls... Got fed up with them and called Bradford white... they called Appliance Docs and Lowes and sent me the part. I was to call Lowes and schedule the install part upon receipt. I got the part and lowes scheduled reparir for the next day... Appliance Docs called and said they were unable to come out the next day, ANOTHER WEEK.... Lots of arguing and owner finally got on the phone, more arguing and he finally refused to even come out. No explanation why he never returned phone calls, he said he was "so good he didn't have to come out and diagnose before ordering parts"... ok.... done with these guys.... don't waste your time..

They are terrible all the way around. They didn't show up when they scheduled. After the diagnosis (first visit at $59) and the repair ($70 after estimated at $50) our refrigerator died again 4 days later. It took two phone calls to get them out again and they didn't show up as scheduled. Then they said the first part they replaced caused another thing to break. Bottom line, we have to pay another $120 to get our refrigerator cold. Why is it our problem when they mis-diagnosed? Very poor customer service as well as non- competent repair crew. I agree, they don't deserve any stars.

Horrible Company: Three weeks ago GE selected this company to fix my dryer under warranty. To date, I still do not have a working dryer. The serviceman came out on a Monday and assured me they would have it fixed by the end of the week. Two weeks later I finally got ahold of someone and they informed me they ordered the wrong part. They said they would have someone out the next day to fix it... you guessed it, no one showed up. This has been the story for 3 weeks now. NO one shows up, no one calls, no one will answer when I call. There is no way I will EVER take business there again. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I plan on calling GE tonight and highly suggesting they remove the Appliance Docs from their list of repair companies in the Rolla area.
