I have been in health care for 20 years. I am an administrator so I know how you're Supposed to act. Unfortunately this was not the case here! If you choose to work in a nursing home with sick patients you need to be prepared for the family to be emotional. They wanted our money and daddy not to pass. They fought us every step of the way when it came time for hospice. I had to show my bad side to get things accomplished. Daddy was mistreated because they didn't like me! Admin is supposed to run the place and not make judgements against family when a family member is dying a slow painful death. In 43 years I've never seen my daddy cry and momma hadn't either but they still fought us and told all staff how horrible we were. Falsifying MARS reports is a felony and for the DEA and Hospital joint commission. Ricky Dorothy, dena, and dr cheek were more interested in gossiping than doing their jobs! The admins are ALL unkind, unorganized, and can't remember what they told you five minutes ago

Uneducated staff, horrible administration, and bottom of the barrel nurses who seemingly can't find employment anywhere else run rampant through this little shop of horrors. Whoever gave these people a license should be ashamed of themselves.
