Founded in 1995, Elite Construction & Grading Inc. is a full-service general contracting firm. Based in Rocky Point, N.C., the firm offers a number of services, such as storm drainage, water and sewer utility installation, curb and gutter work, land clearing and earthwork, among others. In addition, its services include concrete flatwork, stone base installation, asphalt paving, pavement markings and signage installation. The firm also provides dump trucking transportation service for materials comprising sand, topsoil, stone, asphalt and mulch. Some of its recent projects consist of Gateway Plaza, Wilmington Police Headquarters and Military Cut-Off Road.
