I ordered a heater for an industrial vehicle for work and my company wanted it right away so I had it shipped next day air. The package arrived 4 days later!!! I could not get ahold of anyone and there is no contact phone number just e-mail The shipping cost $58.85!!!! no response still. Now I know why they have no phone # so they don't have to listen to all the complaints!

I have been ordering from Sports Imports for 5 years now and they have been awesome!

I ordered 10 LED light bulbs for $15 each. One was broken when I got it, I fixed it myself after no response. The bulbs went out after 2 weeks. They sent me a return confirmation for those. I have since had 2 more go out. No response to that email. I tried requesting another return, but I am now over the 30 days since delivery. I am trying to get them to take back all of the bulbs before I have $150 worth of junk.

Ordered a heater for my vehicle, received the product in reasonable time, but product did not give off hot air and only worked for 10 minutes and won't turn back on. I had to go through a "goat rodeo" to get a return authorization number because they wanted me to contact the manufacturer for an exchange, why would I want another one of the same crappy product? I just want my money back. I agreeded to pay shipping in both directions, its been 3 weeks and still no refund.

I had an order confirmed one month ago. It never arrived. Tried to contact them by email one week ago. They have not replied yet and it is impossible to reach a person.
