I understand they are debt collectors, but when you sit and make an agreement to pay with this company, and they unethically steals your money, right out of your account watch out. do not make payments to them online they have your banking information, when they feel that you have payed down enough to their satisfaction, they will take the total you in one swoop.this what they told me sometimes if you hoover over the amount, the system will put in the amount you owe, well why this time and not the payments I made, sounds suspicious to me, and very unethical.
