I called to see when I could get service. I had no heat. They moved me in for that same day. They called to tell me a service man was on his way. My furnace was fixed with in a half hour. Fast, friendly and great service. I will use them again.

This is the WORST company and I recommend that you do not do business with them. They lie and try to tell you that you need a whole new unit when in fact you dont!. Their yearly contract is horrible and for a very expensive $250 per year they come to your house and do nothing! My A/C was not cooling last week and when they came out, they said that I needed a new furnace and coil for a total of $6,000. Thankfully what the technician (if you want to call him that, more like con-artist) said did not make any sense to me. I called another company out and they fixed the unit in one hour and offered a more thorough yearly cleaning/maitenance routine. Had Robinsons offered that we could have avoided about huge costs incurred (as they still charged me $1,000 to try to "fix" the unit). I do not want anyone to have to be conned by these people as I was and suggest you go to another company for proper service.

This company tries to lie to it's customers. Tries to sell customers things they don't need. I have a friend that does HVAC for 15 yrs. He says all I need is a heat pump. My indoor condenser/blower is fine and Robinson's Air tries to lie by saying that a new heat pump won't work with an old indoor unit. I know for a fact that it can. I'm proof positive it can because 11yrs ago I bought this Lennox heat pump and hook it up to a Bryant indoor unit. Both units worked flawlessly for 5 yrs until the indoor unit finally died (16yrs old). So at that time I replaced it with a Lennox indoor unit and both worked great together until last month when the heat pump died. I asked Robinson's about replacing just the heat pump and that's when the lies began. When I told them I was experienced with this sort of thing and I know it can be done, that's when they refuse to do business with me and said unless I buy both units they can't help me. If you don't want to get ripped off, then stay away from them
