I ordered a taxicab from this company. The person who answered the phone asked for my credit card number. Even though I found this strange, I obliged his request. The phone connection between us was bad and he kept asking me to repeat the card number. I was using a land line, but he was using either his cell phone or a cordless phone. I got frustrated the third time he asked for the same information and asked why he would insist on getting my credit card number when he did not even have a working phone line. He said, "Why don't you kiss my a**?" and he unloaded a barrage of expletives that I am not going to repeat here. I hung up and called after a few minutes to speak to a supervisor when I got my composure back. The same man answered the phone and started swearing at me again and asked me not to call ever again. I have filed a complaint with the Office of Consumer Protection. You can decide for yourself whether you want to deal with this company.

Wonderful airport taxi service. I just wanted to say that I am so glad I discovered Rockville Taxi online a few months ago! I have to fly to Dulles Airport all the time and I do not have the time for a shuttle to go and pickup 10 other people.... These guys are very professional and have always been on time.
