after reading the previous review from 2015 I wish I had heeded the advice of the complainer, do not use this company, especially for plumbing needs. This is the most dysfunctional company I've come across, I reviewed my plans for a new bathroom in an addition I was building this summer with the lead plumber; I presumed he was a plumber, but later his subordinate told me he "wasn't a plumber", this came up when the installing plumber and I discussed details about how to install the drain for a shower pan. This must be true since it was evident he can't estimate a plumbing job. I was presented an estimate for the plumbing work by the lead guy that I rejected in favor of a T&M agreement that I thought would suit me better...BIG MISTAKE! these guys know one thing for sure and that is how to take advantage of a T&M agreement for all the owner will tolerate. Slowest plumber in my 40 years of construction experience, ultimately fired them for plumbing needs, HVAC agreement still in place though, even though I had to reinstall all the air intake and exhaust for the newly installed boiler that was terminated at the outside of the house with a lopsided fitting. I have pictures of this as it was presented to me as a finished installation....do not walk away from this company...RUN

Owner George Hasselton is very dishonest, will not own up to mistakes, and really has no idea what he is doing. He does not like anyone who is not from Maine. I highly recommend not hiring this company. I have a great email from George to show anyone the type of person he is.
