American Air & Heat of Brevard Inc. was started in 1942 as Barnes and Barber A/C. After years serving the residents in Rockledge, Florida, we joined American Air & Heat in 1998 to provide our customers with a larger selection of brands and highly competitive pricing. We are now centrally located off of Barnes Boulevard, named after our company founder. Today, we offer our services to all of Brevard County.We're Number One in Central FloridaFamily-owned and operated, we are currently Central Florida's largest American Standard and Amana dealer. We also pull more replacement permits in Brevard County than any other HVAC company. In addition, we are an independent Florida Power & Light (FP&L) contractor with the highest rebate returns in the area.
