A typical inspection will take between 2 and 3 hours, and depends upon several factors that include the size of the property, the overall condition, age, and complexity of the systems. Should I attend the inspection? Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection and ask all the questions they have. Attending the inspection is also a great way to learn more about the home's systems and recommended maintenance. At the end of the inspection, a comprehensive narrative report with photos will be prepared and delivered within 24 hours. Coverage area: Breakwater Inspections is based in the Rockland, Maine (04841) area. The coverage area is broad and ranges from the Portland to Bar Harbor areas up the coast - out to the Lewiston, Waterville, Augusta, and Bangor areas - and out to several of the islands.
