Mom can come and go with her friends as she chooses, yet there is assistance her on site for when she needs it. We feel that the staff her at Crimson Pointe is just as much a support to us as they have been to or mom. We know that we do not have to worry that our staff is always taking the extra time to spend with mom and that they we are always welcome.We enjoy coming to see mom and bringing our kids. Even the fresh baked cookies that are always welcoming us are a big hit for all family and friends.We appreciate all that staff do for our mom and would recommend Crimson Pointe to anyone looking for a warm friendly place to have their loved one.

Crimson Pointe is a wonderful place to live. I loved to visit my mom every chance I get. I know that she is well taken care of and it feels just like home to me.I never worry about my mom because if there is ever an issue, I get a phone call. The nurses and staff, I feel are just like family to me.

Just not worth it. People are nice, but management is its weak points. Went to the Kitchen manager with a problem with the food and she blankly told me I didn't know what I was talking about, so I went to her boss with a complaint about her and he told me she didn't say that and that I was lying. So, I went to the director of the facility and she said she would do something, but nothing happened.
