Took my 70 pound dog there today (10-31-14). Not only were they welcoming, but funny! He got bathed/dried/nails clipped/brushed for a great price, cheap even with tip! And done in 3hours to boot! You guys rock. Recommendations will be given to come to yall! Thank you!!!

I have a 6 month old Yorkshire Terrier named Stella that was in desperate need of some grooming. I have had other professional groomers bath and cut her before without hestitation or problem. This establishment is right around the corner from my house so I thought I would give them a try. I called one day to see if they could fit her in and they told me that no one was available and "if I really wanted her groomed, it would have been helpful to call a little earlier, don't you think?" True, but not what you tell a customer you want returning. The second time, I called in advance and they told me to just come in and drop her off anytime from 8:30am-10am on the day I wanted her groomed. I did just that, and when I walked in the door the staff just stared at me, no "Welcome to Pet Affection!" or "How may I help you?" When I finally got a staff member to talk to me and asked if they could groom Stella today, she just laughed at me... then got all of her co-workers to laugh at me as well. Flat out, in my face, belly laughing. After that, she looked at Stella and asked how old she was, and then proceeded to admonish me for cutting a Yorkie puppy's hair. She actually had the nerve to say, "You are never supposed to cut a Yorkie puppy's hair! Don't you know that? Who would have the nerve to do this for you before?" at which point I just walked out. I am a very loving pet owner, have grown up with Yorkies my whole life, and did full research before welcoming Stella into my life. This is the first I am hearing of never cutting a Yorkie puppy's hair. To the point: Insead of welcoming new business with kindness and professionalism, Pet Affection made me feel like a bad pet owner that was inconveniencing them by asking them to provide the service they supposedly offer. They have lost what could have turned into a life-long customer, and the good word-of-mouth that I could have offered them to other pet owners. Their loss, not mine or Stella's.

Yes, Affordable, great staff, nice work. Can get the job done great and I have a 20 lb with very long and alot of hair persian. Cesar was satisfied also which is very important! Check them out!

clean, friendly, gooming is the best ever, response to animals is probably the most wonderful i have ever seen. you dont have to be there early, and your pet does not stay all day. prices are fair and resonable.
