I would never recommend this complex to anyone. We lived there over a year and never caused or had any issues but when we moved out we were NOT given out deposit back due to a satelitte dish that was attached to the balcony that was not ours and it was told to the office more than 1 time that it was not ours. If they would take the time to contact Comporium they would realize that we had cable the ENTIRE time we lived there but of course it's our word against their's and they would never take it that far so they could keep our money. Which is absolutely wrong no matter how you look at it. Also they said there was a "heavy smoke smell" and they had to do some "extra cleaning" but my roommate and I NEVER smoked in the apartment. It wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't the maintenance guys smoking in the apt after we moved out. I'm just glad we moved and got out of there when we did. Moving out of there was the best decision we could have ever made. I would recommend if you are looking at this property that you look elsewhere.
