I brought some deer meat into Heritage Meats in early December 2011 to have some pepperoni made, they said it would be ready at the end of the month. Three phone calls later I finally received my pepperoni in March 2012. Needless to say I won't be coming back, plus, the quality and taste did not have the same consistency as the sample. Disappointed.
