Bad service and poor communications. They may have some average deals on flight tickets but the overall experience was so bad that I'd rather pay an extra $100 and get good service. Before you buy the ticket they are friendly and diligent however after you have given your card info they don't respond to phone calls and take their own time to respond to emails. I had charges on my card that I had not authorized. Overall I had a really bad experience and would never recommend or buy from them. Good service is the best marketing tool, a happy customer may tell 2 others, an angry customer will tell 20 others and post it on the internet.
