What is the position of the CLU regarding Ron Paul's law suit against the violating of civil rights via their government monitoring of devices? Are you going to join in the suit?

Five years ago, we reported surveillance practices by the Federal Government in our local area. The report went to New York City and was referred to the Rochester office. The ACLU attorney in charge in Rochester, NY said that they were not taking any actions in this regard. Today it is a big deal with the ACLU but failure to take action in a timely manner has cost the freedom of so many in this country. We therefore have to give two thumbs down for this organization being proactive!
