I have been going here for several years, I usually go to Kim, she is excellent, however when she is not there I have used someone else and I have been nicked 3 times by the same person; and it seemed like not a big deal. If Kim is not there I don't go. Also, I don't always make an appointment, I have made 3 appointments, verified the time and when I got there I was told I missed my appointment and they argued with me about the time I said. I am now going somewhere else. The other thing I think is amazingly rude is that they do not always speak English when they are open for business very rude in my opinion.

The staff is very nice and gracious. They also do a great job I recommend them highly.

I wish I could rate individual employees here as opposed to the overall business in general. Peter (5 stars) does excellent work on gel nails unfortunately he has been out quite a bit lately and it is difficult to see him. Michelle (5 stars) is, without a doubt, the best pedicurist I have ever been to. Vivianne ( the owner ) is what gives this review an overall 3 star rating. Her work is inconsistent and her attitude is often rude and dismissive.

Regal Nails at Walmart is a fantastic nail salon. I have been going there every month for the last 3 years. I would highly reccommend Peter or Vivian (the owner's) to do your nails. They are very busy and have hired new people, so stick with them. They are fast, shape the nails perfectly and never knick you. Also, gel nails are the best way to go and their prices are decent. I would not however, consider it to be a "Spa", nor would I have any other services done there like a pedicure or wax for example. It is way too open and and has no privacy or spa like atmosphere.
